1. Overview

redesAIgn is an AI-powered design platform that helps users visualize and plan outdoor/indoor spaces. Our platform combines artificial intelligence with professional design tools to create realistic landscape, exterior, or interior visualizations and modifications.

2. Services

Our services include:

• AI-powered design generation across 10 specialized editors (Landscape, Exterior, Interior, Blueprints, Vehicle Design, Makeup, Hairstyle, Fashion, Social Media, Travel)
• Generation history and saved prompts
• Image storage and organization

3. AI-Generated Content, Quality, and Credits

redesAIgn uses advanced artificial intelligence models to produce visualizations and edits. Even when using state-of-the-art systems, AI technology is not perfect: outputs may vary between runs, contain errors or artifacts, or fail to match your expectations in style, detail, or accuracy.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, redesAIgn and its owners, operators, and affiliates are not liable for unsatisfactory quality of AI-generated results, generation errors, unintended alterations, or any reliance you place on outputs for decisions in the real world (including design, construction, or commercial use).

Prompt credits are not refundable based on dissatisfaction with a generation, unexpected or undesired outcomes, or perceived poor quality, except where we are required to provide a refund under applicable law or where we have made a billing error (see Section 10). By creating an account or using this website and its services, you acknowledge these limitations and agree that generations are provided "as is," without warranty of a particular result or quality.

4. Accounts and Subscriptions

• New users receive 5 free AI credits upon signup — no credit card required
• Credits do not expire for at least one year from purchase or award. Credits may expire after this period as specified at the time of purchase or in our platform policies.
• By using our services, you agree not to expect any refund for credits that have expired, regardless of when they were purchased or awarded.
• Credit packs can be purchased for continued use (via the pricing section on the homepage or Checkout): Starter Pack ($19, 50 credits), Pro Pack ($99, 300 credits), or Mega Pack ($279, 1000 credits)
• Users must provide accurate account information
• Users are responsible for maintaining account security

5. User Content and Rights

• Users retain rights to their uploaded images
• AI-generated designs can be used commercially
• Users must have rights to uploaded content
• We may feature user designs with permission

6. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to:

• Upload inappropriate or illegal content
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Share account access with others
• Attempt to reverse engineer our services
• Use the service for unauthorized purposes

7. Data and Privacy

• We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy
• User data is protected using industry-standard security measures
• We comply with applicable data protection regulations
• Users can request data export or deletion

8. Intellectual Property

• Our platform and brand are protected by copyright
• Users receive a license to use generated designs
• Redistribution of platform content is prohibited

9. Limitation of Liability

redesAIgn provides design visualization tools but is not responsible for:

• Implementation of designs in real-world settings
• Accuracy of measurements or scaling
• Compatibility with local regulations
• Construction or landscaping outcomes

10. Refund Policy

redesAIgn does not offer refunds for:

• Purchased AI credits, including credits that have expired after one year or as otherwise specified

You agree not to expect a refund for expired credits. Refunds will only be issued in cases where we have made a billing error or where required by law. As stated in Section 3, credits used for generations you are unhappy with are generally not refundable. Our affordable pricing model is designed to allow users to start with small purchases to test the platform before making larger investments.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notifications. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
